The basic goal of the Konszenzus (Consensus) Foundation Budapest Office is to resolve the interest conflicts and interest differences naturally caused by the functioning of democracy and market economy. And also the adoption and dissemination of the needed techniques and procedures of conflict resolution, strategic planning and change management.
